 This workshop provides you with a diagnostic techniques that allows you to understand  how well an organisation performs business activities that are essential to its survival and identify those that are being performed well and those that need improvement.

Repeating the diagnostic at regular intervals allows you to monitor the success of the improvement actions  based on the benchmark and can form the basis of an ongoing relationship.
